At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
